You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jl09 will never request your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jl09 immediately and change your password.
jl09 requires completion of KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID, or equivalent) and proof of payment method ownership. jl09 may request additional documents to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
jl09 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT where applicable.
Deposits are credited to your jl09 Account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jl09 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times.

jl09 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. jl09 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime but cannot guarantee continuous Platform availability.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jl09's total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of your real-money deposits made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon Account termination for breach, jl09 may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining balance. Where termination is not due to Player breach, jl09 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any required compliance procedures.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jl09 operates under the jurisdiction and authority of PAGCOR, and all regulatory matters are subject to PAGCOR's oversight and adjudication processes.
